ELIZABETH TAYLOR (actress 1932-2011)
Elizabeth Taylor died some months ago. From her early years as a child star with MGM, she became one of the great screen actresses of Hollywood’s Golden Age. As one of the world's most famous film stars, Taylor was recognized for her acting ability and for her glamorous lifestyle, beauty and distinctive violet eyes.She was born in England in 1932 and she moved to the United States with her parents.
She started to work in the cinema with seven years, so her childhood was not of a normal girl and very soon was famous, becoming a myth.
She was nominated five times to the Academy Award and she won three Oscars (including one for humanitarian work).
She worked in more than than 50 films, like “Who´s Afraid of Virginia Wolf?”, “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof”, “Giant”or “Cleopatra”.
But she was also famous for her loving life, because she got married eight times, and two of them was with actor, Richard Burton. She had five children.
Liz was very friend of Michael Jackson and everybody say she had a special light in her violet eyes and that she was very pretty, famous and rich.
She had health problems like cardiac deficiencies, skin cancer, pneumonia, and suffered several operations in her life and also had alcohol problems.
When she died in a hospital of Los Angeles, she was 79 years.
